Salary: $136,115/Year

Job Description:

Lead and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion. Responsible for the planning,

design, scheduling, and execution of projects, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within

budget, and in compliance with applicable codes and regulations. Coordinate with clients, consultants,

contractors, and internal teams to define project scope and deliverables. Review and approve design

drawings, specifications, and change orders. Conduct regular site visits and oversee construction

administration activities. Apply knowledge of Italian architectural styles, history, and construction

practices when applicable. Use skills in AutoCad, Revit, and BIM modeler.

Requires U.S. Bachelor of Architectural Technology or related degree. Will accept a foreign equivalent

degree. Must have the authority to work permanently in the U.S.
